Why Hollywood Should Be Scared Of Margot Robbie

We all know and have heard of the infamous Margot Robbie. The Australian actress was first noticed in the show Neighbours, as Donna Freedman. She climbed her way up to the top in America by staring in The Wolf of Wall Street, as Naomi Lapaglia. Since then she has stared in Suite Française, About Time, Z for Zachariah, Focus, Whiskey Tango Foxtrot, The Legend of Tarzan, Suicide Squad, Goodbye Christopher Robin, and what is now in currently theaters I,Tonya.

So Why Should Hollywood Be Scared?

I'm sure there are plenty of more Harvey Weinstein's to come, and Margot Robbie will not stand for it. She has made speeches against sexual harassment and supports her fellow actors who have come out and accused their attackers with lots of bravery. To show her support, Margot recently reposted a #TimesUp anti-harassment campaign on instagram saying, "Time's up on tolerating discrimination, harassment, and abuse." ( On another note, Her fairly new production company LuckyChap Entertainment has got a hit in the box office (I,Tonya), and will have many more in the future. Margot and her production company (LuckyChap Entertainment) have about over 13 films underwraps, in my opinion she's going to be the next big upcoming star. Everyone will soon know her name, and that's why Hollywood's Kings should get prepared for the new Boss in town who just happens to be a woman.

Why I, Tonya Is So Great

Now I've watched I, Tonya three times in a row and I'm not exaggerating when I say it's going to change Hollywood's history. Ok, well maybe I'm exaggerating a little, but it's still an amazing movie. It truly took a toll on me and inspires me, and it should inspire you to. I, Tonya reveals the truth about what happened in the 1994 incident and does it in a new creative and comedic way. Throughout the movie I was laughing so hard I was coughing. At the same time the movie made such a strong impact on me that I cried, and I never cry during movies. I mean it, I truly have never cried during a movie before until I saw I, Tonya. As a bonus, the movie has a great soundtrack and a great cast involving Margot herself staring as Tonya Harding, Sebastian Stan as Jeff Gillooly, Allison Janney as LaVonya Harding, and Paul Walter Hauser as Shawn Eckhardt. At the end of the movie it gives the audience their choice to come up with the correct conclusion of what really happened. I believe Tonya Harding was partially innocent, I only say partially because after all when the incident happened I was not born yet. There are others that still believe she is guilty after seeing the movie. That's okay because in the end the movie wants you to form your own opinion, but there are some people who are narrow-minded and that is the one problem with the movie. Well, not so much the movie as with some of its audience. Some people claim that they know the truth and are not willing to be open about it, so they won't see this movie. Most of "these people" remember when the incident happened and of course stick to the story they think is right when in fact it was just the media making rumors to try to get more attention. Believe me I've met lots of "these people" some are even my very own family, and I am disappointed that even they, are not open to hearing the other side of the story. So my comment to all of "these people," the people who refuse to see I, Tonya for those reasons is, that there are two sides to every story and so far you have only heard one.
